1.
What does "Free Mobile Service" mean?
There's
no charge to come to your house or place of business to
examine your dent as well as work on your vehicle.
2.
How can you charge 75% less than a body shop?
There's
only a fraction of labor involved with a body shop repair.
At a body shop there's the dent removal, bondo and finally
paint. We don't paint vehicles or use bondo so we pass the
savings on to you.
3.
What's the furthest (in distance) you service?
We
service the entire Vancouver and Portland Metropolitan Area.
As well as Spokane.
4.
How long does a "typical" dent take to remove?
Generally
under an hour, sometimes under ten minutes.
5.
Do I have to leave the car and come back later?
We're
a mobile service. We come to your home or place of business.
If you want to wait while we take out the dent, that's fine.
Or you can show us where your vehicle is - like a parking
garage and we'll repair it while you work.
6.
Why do you ask if the dent is larger than a half-dollar?
Can you take out larger dents?
We
generally ask the size, the location of the dent, and if
there is any paint damage. The size of the dent does not
matter as much as where its located and whether or not it
is smooth or severly buckled or creased.
7.
What if the paint is scratched?
We'll
still take out the dent, but you'll need to have the area
air-brushed.
8.
Do you repair hail damage?
Yes.
